"Happy 21st Birthday for my Bock 32E SN 90011802MC
Built my own home in 1989. Installed the water heater and
maintained it
myself. Changed Anodes every 2 years, and installed a "scale
blaster"
on cold water feed pipe.Just back flushed it today and the
inside looks
brand new. Also at one point refitted the burner with a
Carlin "Bock" oil burner. Very good product. I
always recommend Bock.
Thanks so much for making a good product.....and keep it
in the US....PLEASE"

"If you're interested in a reliable,
quality oil fired hot water heater, my experience with Bock
is 33 years of trouble free service and still going strong.
A very dependable unit. I'm well pleased with it's performance.
The folks @ Kohler Oil in Whitehall Pa. play an important
part in it's longevity, they take care of cleaning and annual
tune ups. Bock will be the only hot water heater in our
house. "
Sincerely R. Schaffer.
"I purchased and installed 32
Gallon oil (32E) Bock hot water heater back in 1976.
We have lived in our home since October of 1976 with a family
of 4 using this same hot water heater. The craftsmanship
is better than superior. I have only cleaned it once
and it has never failed. We just wanted you to know
how long this hot water heater has been so good to us both
in performance and financially and having such a fine product.
We have recommended BOCK to many of our friends and relatives.
My buddy also installed his BOCK at the same time and his
is still working fine. ........ Again, thanks
for a fine product."

“Almost 30 and still purring like a kitten.”
"To some, almost 30 is still young and youthful,
but when it comes to a water heater most will agree it’s
well beyond it’s normal life expectancy. In it’s
lifetime this little baby has come through four basement
floods with no damage at all and has seen it’s neighbor,
the house furnace replaced twice before time finally caught
up to her.”
“A clogged fuel pump took her out of action for the
first time in all those years. At first I thought she was
done for. None of my local heating supply houses had any
idea what fuel pump would replace the original Webster that
was installed. Fortunately Altherm came to the rescue and
supplied me with a replacement part number and several local
suppliers who carried them. A few hours later I installed
the new pump and with a flip of the switch she was again
purring like a kitten.”
“I have to say thank you to Gail at Altherm and whoever
at Bock (Tim Severson) that took the time to track down
the replacement part. I am sure that it would have been
a lot easier to simply say “go buy a new one, it’s
not worth fixing.” But they didn’t and with
very little information they researched and got back to
me with the part that was needed. Gail didn’t stop
there. She couldn’t sell me the part since her company
doesn’t deal with the end user so she went beyond
the call of duty and researched who probably had the part
and gave me several local resellers. That’s customer
service for you!! I want everyone to know how much I appreciate
the extra work they all put into making me a proud Bock
customer.”
